The Terms & Conditions are listed below and I have worked hard to ensure the polices are fair and clearly understandable. If you are not able to find the information you need below, please do not hesitate to contact me with your questions and concerns. The Terms & Conditions create a contract of understanding between yourself and Designed By Rain (Rainy Diaz). When you place an order and complete the checkout process, you are confirming your acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
Shipping & Delivery - All packages including international orders are shipped a tracked through USPS Priority mail & Insurance can be Included upon request at an additional cost at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time : Packages are processed within 1-2 business days. Any delays caused by me due to personal matters will be addressed immediately and I will accept responsibly when applicable. Holiday seasons can cause delays due to the high volume amount of packages and unexpected weather conditions. Unfortunately, Designed By Rain (Rainy Diaz) is not in control of the package or responsible for any actions taken after the package has been accepted by the post office.
- Shipping Information: Addresses must be correct when completing the checkout process and placing an order. I am NOT responsible for wrong addresses when shipping items. If not correct please contact Designed By Rain with the correct shipping information within 24 hours of the initial address submission.
- Damaged Products: If items are damaged upon receiving please contact Designed By Rain Immediately. All Items are packaged securely and photo documentation is taken at time of departure to prove the package left my possession securely with no prior damage. Once package has been shipped I am no longer responsible for any damages that may have occurred during transportation to your destination. In some applicable cases I may be able to repair the Item depending on the situation and my availability or resources at the time of contact as long as the consumer is willing to return the item in the original condition they received it in at their own expense (additional fees may apply and will be determined at time of communication) I have the right to refuse or deny any returns if I feel that they do not meet these standards.
Exchanges or Refunds - Unfortunately due to the fact that the items sold are unique one of a kind handmade items I do NOT accept refunds or exchanges. If you received a package in "bad condition" please read the Damaged Products section of these terms as your package may be eligible for a return due to the circumstances
